Today marks the first week day of
my March holiday.
To me and all my fellow band mates,
this was just like any usual after school day.
Even our band teacher wasn't spared,
she stayed with us and missed her staff retreat.
Thinking bout the days left, I think its
worth working harder for now then to regret later.
As all the conductors had their camps in other schools,
we had to run everything ourselves.
And poor shizheng had to conduct full band.
14 members went to KFC for lunch and returned
late.
What to do?
Well, I couldn't think of any more punishments.
They were singled out and asked to account for their
incompetency in punctuality.
And their chatters came to a pause,
their lips seemed to seal up automatically.
Their faces displayed the look of guilt
while we were having fun looking at
how ashamed they were.
THANKX to the volleyballers,
we moved to the foyer
and JiaYan suggested the idea of
having those latecomers to move equipments.
In short, I called them the CWO,
Corrective Work Order,
do work to show repentance
and thus correcting their wrong doings.
That was my interpretation of that phrase.
Since their faces showed slight repentance,
I shall give them a chance to redeem themselves,
through a very simple game.
In this game,
a limited amount of time was given,
and they had to get their stuffs and
sit down. If any of the members did not sit down
within the time given, the game is over.
In this game, the time limit is 2.5min,
and those latecomers had to rush up,
get their stuffs, and rush down.
Felt pretty bad when Shu E slipped
and injure herself.
The only consolation I could give
was to tell myself that they deserve
this for being late.
I don't really see their point in running.
Afterall, I will win the game,
cause it is impossible for anyone to complete
my task within 2.5 min, it was a lose-lose situation
for them.
Thinking that they could still make it,
they ran and ran but still..
couldn't make it.
Time: 3:48
So...
to deal with their failure,
they had to move back the tables and did lots
of dirty work.
It wasn't really nice to set these orders,
but it was inevitable.
Well, a form of sadistic fascination I would say.
I walked with XuanXuan and Justin to the bus stop
opposite hub. Had some talk with Justin and he told me,
the one common thing about all the 3 leaders,
is that they always have some stories to share.
True...
Realised that Justin really was a potential
leader, I gave him my solutions, to put up a false
front within this short period of time b4 the SYF.
If he did it correctly, perhaps he might be given the chance.
Yea.. but the chances are damn slim.
In the first place, who would want a leader
who makes decision through recklessness
or in a fit of anger?
To vote for such a leader,
would be equivalent to madness.
The keyword here - "maybe"..
