At 7 am, our DM sent a msg to get everybody
to come down at 2.45pm for instructions and discussion.
It turned out to be a complete disaster as many
people thought she was crazy after suggesting
a self-run full band practice without the conductor.
I talked to some of them,
mostly thought she was mad.
And I was like so trapped in between
cause I had to support her decision and at the same time,
I was against the idea of having such
an unfruitful practice.
Which sane person would randomly
wanna have full band from 5-6.30pm?
There were conflicts and some were defiant.
My section was spared as we went
for our tutoring session.
I could tell that she was really angry,
she even expressed her emotions
when we were walking out of schools.
We all know that she wanna do something
for the band.
But no matter wad decisions she makes,
the main concern was the feeling of the members,
how would they react to such an action.
Lacking in practicality and support,
there's no way anyone could win a fight.
